Drop pearls
One end is round and the opposite end is elongated.

Generally, the baroque pearls are low price of all the others.
Circled or ringed pearls
This type of pearls have one or more parallel, ring-like furrows around the pearl.
Button pearls
One side is rounded and the other side is flat, also width is greater than height.
Normally, buttons sell for less than drops or rounded shapes, however the sizes over 16 mm are used for earrings and high demand.
